Your Civil Rights
Advance Transit operates its programs and services without regard to age, race, color, national
origin, religion, sex, or disability in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act and any
statutes and authorities that prohibit discrimination in federally assisted programs and
activities. Any person who believes they have been a victim of discrimination by an employee of
Advance Transit may file a complaint with Advance Transit.
In Vermont, Advance Transit will share information with the Vermont Agency of Transportation,
Office of Civil Rights or you may contact them directly by calling (802) 249-9291 or visit their

In New Hampshire, Advance Transit will share information with the New Hampshire
