Welcome to Our New Board Members
We’re thrilled to welcome five incredible individuals to the Advance Transit Board of Directors! As a nonprofit public transportation provider serving the Upper Valley, our mission is driven by collaboration, community, and a deep commitment to access and equity. It’s with great excitement and gratitude that we introduce the newest members of our board—each bringing a unique perspective, wealth of experience, and shared passion for service.
Please join us in welcoming:
- Mark Bradley, Executive Director of the White River Council on Aging, Bugbee Senior Center
Mark is a strong advocate for older adults and a vital voice for ensuring that our services remain age-friendly, inclusive, and responsive to the needs of older community members across the Upper Valley. - Lori Fortini, MEd, Program Leader at the Aging Resource Center Team (Dartmouth Health)
Lori’s work supporting older adults and caregivers offers thoughtful insight into the intersection of health, independence, and transportation—an area we’re proud to prioritize in our planning and services. - Sara Glennon, Food Programs Coordinator at the Upper Valley Haven
Sara’s work addressing food insecurity in the Upper Valley gives her a unique lens on community need, and we’re grateful for her compassion and dedication to improving access for our most vulnerable neighbors. - John Haffner, Regional Planner at the Upper Valley Lake Sunapee Regional Planning Commission
With a strong background in transit programs, sustainable planning, and infrastructure development, John brings critical expertise to help shape the future of transit in our region. - Tanya Husick, Director of Transportation Services at Dartmouth
Tanya brings deep insight into campus and regional transportation systems, and her leadership at Dartmouth will be invaluable as we continue to grow and improve mobility options for students, staff, and the broader community.
Each of these new board members brings a deep commitment to the community and a perspective that will help Advance Transit continue to grow in thoughtful, equitable, and sustainable ways.
We are incredibly grateful for their time, energy, and dedication. As we look ahead to the future of transit in the Upper Valley, we couldn’t ask for a better team to help guide our work.
Welcome Mark, Lori, Sara, John, and Tanya—we’re so excited to have you on board!
