Suspected lost Items are cleared off the buses upon their return to the Shop. We keep most items for up to 30 days. If you believe you left something on a bus we encourage you to re-board the bus that same day to check for it. Most buses stay on the same route for the day.
You may also call our Headquarters at (802) 295-1824 ext 203 the following day or later, to find out if your item was recovered.
We do not communicate with our drivers about lost items during the time the bus is out on its route.
