    • We offer two different healthcare plans and pay either 75% or 80% of premiums depending on which plan is chosen. AT provides up to $2,550 or $5,100 or $1,400 or $2,800 in a Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) to cover deductibles or the maximum out of pocket medical expenses depending on which plan is selected. 
    • We provide 50% contribution towards dental insurance coverage and 100% of the premiums for Short & Long Term Disability and Life & ADD coverage.
    • Paid vacation starts accruing upon hire at 16 days per year along with 8 days of sick leave and 6 paid holidays.
    • 403(b) Retirement plan with an employer match of 50% of the employee’s contribution up to 5% of salary.
